What towns do you travel to?

Do you arm/disarm security systems?
We do not. It’s a liability and risk we aren’t willing to take. We need written permission that it’s ok to simply lock the door upon leaving. We always leave things better than we found them and will make sure everything is safe & sound.

Do you remind me of my appointment?
Yes! We send a text reminder 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

What if I cancel last minute?
Life happens, we totally understand! Please let us know ASAP if you are canceling your appointment. Please provide 48 hours' notice for reschedules or cancellations to avoid charges. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illnesses on a case-by-case basis. No fees are incurred if you reschedule within the same week. <24 hours notice is a 50% cancelation fee. Day-of cancelation is the full price of your cleaning.

Do you pick up pet droppings?
We don’t. It’s a health hazard to the team. We will be sure to let you know if we encounter it and exactly where it might be hiding!

Do you do dishes?
We don’t do dishes. As a general rule, if a couple breakfast things are left in the sink we will do them but we will work around a sink full or a weeks worth. We would rather get to the nitty gritty than spend precious time doing dishes.

Are you insured?
Yes, our employees are insured for any loss or breakage during cleaning.

How do I prepare for a cleaning?
Don’t clean before we come! We might suggest some prior pick up so we can focus on getting down and dirty! We reserve the right to charge extra should we have to do more than anticipated to get the job done.

How do I pay for my cleaning services?
We take Venmo, cash or check.

Should I tip my cleaning person?
Thankfully, we are able to pay a fair wage, however, your cleaner works very hard and would love a little something extra. (Not expected, always appreciated)
